Creating a Part-Payment on a Payment Proposal

When creating a payment proposal in Workbook, you sometimes need to pay only a portion of the outstanding amount. This article covers how to manage that.

You’ll find payment proposals in finance & administration module > creditors sub menu > creditor payment proposals.

PREPARING YOUR PAYMENT PROPOSAL

• Refer to the article for setting up your payment proposal

CHANGING PAYMENT AMOUNT

• Once you’ve created your payment proposal > go to the payment lines tab

• Select the line that you need to change the amount on

Open

• Go to the bottom half of the screen > in the ‘amount to pay’ field make your changes

Open

• Click refresh and it will update the amount in the top line

• Complete your payment proposal following the usual process
