Introducing Deltek Unionpoint

Unionpoint is an integration platform-as-a-service (iPaas) that allows you to connect agency systems to simplify and streamline your processes.

What is iPaaS?

iPaas stands for Integration-Platform-as-a-Service and is a self-service cloud-based solution that enables you to integrate and connect different systems and data sources. Build, deploy and manage integrations with Unionpoint and simplify the process of data exchange and workflow automation.

Connectors

Deltek has partnered with Workato to provide an extensive library of pre-existing connectors, and if the library doesn’t contain what you’re after, you can build your own.

For example, integrate Docusign and WorkBook to create a new client in WorkBook each time a new client contract is signed, and be notified via Teams.

Recipes

Connections in Unionpoint are called ‘recipes’ and setting them up is easy. Simply select the app that triggers the recipe, then choose the actions you want to trigger.

Unionpoint picks up the trigger event, links to the field in WorkBook and completes the action. You can also set up notifications to your inbox or Teams when an action is completed.
