Revenue Forecast > Lock & Finalize

The revenue forecast is locked from the finance & administration module > GL > revenue forecast. The locking of a revenue forecast is usually managed by finance or operations, depending on your agency process.

LOCKING THE REVENUE FORECAST

To lock the revenue forecast for further edits:

• Click on the revenue forecast options menu > selecting review actions

• Then select approve all & lock entire RF

Open

• In the pop up > click yes

Open

• The status colour has now changed to dark blue (finalized) to indicate that the revenue forecast is completely locked for editing

• Every line item contains a padlock icon, also indicating that no further changes can be made
