WorkBook allows you to customise the initial login screen so the system feels like it is part of your company.

We’ve seen some excellent examples of custom login screens from agencies over the years. Some examples of how this feature is being used include:

  • Company/Network branding

  • Showcasing new work

  • Festive images e.g. change in season, Christmas, new year, birthdays, company events

You can be as creative as you wish, as long as you stick to the dimensions and formats specified below.

The custom login image is set at a global level not a company level, so you can only have one login image per WorkBook instance.

 

In order to change the login page,

  • Go to Settings / Global system settings / Login customization

  • Click the button to add/replace the login page

  • Click the button to remove the login page

It is required the permission accessing to Settings module to change the login page. Please reach out to your WorkBook asmin if you can’t find the module / menu mentioned above.

DIMENSIONS AND FORMATS

The supported formats for your custom login screen are:

  • Jpg

  • Png

  • Gif (keep these short)

The optimal dimension for your custom login screen is:

  • 1024 x 799 pixels
