Price Quotes > Create a Project Price Quote

In WorkBook you may have multiple price quotes across a job or project that you want to present to the client as one total or combined quote, this is called a project price quote.

CREATE INDIVIDUAL PRICE QUOTES

• Create your price quotes across jobs, following the usual process, including sending for approval if this is part of your agency’s process

• Multiple jobs must be grouped together by the same project, in order to utilise the project price quote

PRINT A PROJECT PRICE QUOTE

To produce the PDF:

• Go to one of your job price quotes, click the reports icon

• Select project price quote (448)

• Complete the filter criteria for creating your project price quote, for example, include ‘internally approved’ price quotes only

• Click on the view report as PDF icon
