Jobs > Job Properties Sidebar Overview

The job properties sidebar is where you can maintain or update job specific job information like:

• Job Status

• Basic Job Settings

• Job Team

• Job Finance Settings

• Job Invoice Settings

• Job Inter-Company Settings

• Job Dimension Settings

In training we call this the ‘helping hand’ because if you want to make any updates to job information, the button with the hand is where you need to go.

ACCESS THE JOB PROPERTIES SIDEBAR

The job properties sidebar can be accessed anywhere you have access to job specific information.

• From the jobs list > select the job > and click on the job properties sidebar button

• If you are someone that uses the double click function to open a job, you will find the job properties sidebar button in the top right hand corner

Open

• If you’re in any of the job sub-menus like tasks, price, purchase order, invoice, costs etc. you will always be able to access to the job properties sidebar button in the top right hand corner

• This will save you having to go back to the jobs list to update your job information
