Job Settings > Job Dimension Settings
Dimensions are unique to your business reporting requirements so will vary from agency to agency.
If dimensions have been set-up as part of your WorkBook implementation then any job based dimensions will appear in the dimensions sub-menu and can be updated here.
Job dimensions can also be updated via Job List 13 - Job List with Dimension Settings.

ACCESSING JOB DIMENSION SETTINGS
From the jobs list > select the job > and click on the job settings button
TIP: You can also access the job settings (formerly the job properties sidebar) from any of the job sub-menus like Briefing, Tasks, Price, Purchase Order, Invoice, Costs etc. Just look for the job settings button in the top tight hand corner of the screen.

UPDATING JOB DIMENSION SETTINGS
The dimensions you will see in the dimensions sub-menu will depend on your agency’s WorkBook setup.
In the example below the job dimensions available for update are region and client group. To update a dimension:
Simply click in the dimension field > and select from the drop down
