Dimensions are unique to your business reporting requirements so will vary from agency to agency.
If dimensions have been set-up as part of your WorkBook implementation then any job based dimensions will appear in the dimensions sub-menu and can be updated here.
Job dimensions can also be updated via Job List 13 - Job List with Dimension Settings.

ACCESSING JOB DIMENSION SETTINGS
From the jobs list > select the job > and click on the job settings button
TIP: You can also access the job settings (formerly the job properties sidebar) from any of the job sub-menus like Briefing, Tasks, Price, Purchase Order, Invoice, Costs etc. Just look for the job settings button 
In job settings >select the job dimension settings menu
UPDATING JOB DIMENSION SETTINGS
The dimensions you will see in the dimensions sub-menu will depend on your agency’s WorkBook setup.
In the example below the job dimensions available for update are region and client group. To update a dimension:
Simply click in the dimension field > and select from the drop down
