Implementation > Two Factor Authentication

In WorkBook you can protect your account by adding two-factor authentication. 

This means, when active you will need a mobile device in addition to your password to log on to WorkBook. 

To enable two-factor authentication: 

  1. Go to my settings > login settings

  2. Press the button stating: enable two-factor authentication

 

Then follow the instructions: 

MOBILE AUTHENTICATION APP

It is recommended to use Microsoft Authentication App.

  • From your smartphone, open the Microsoft authentication app

  • On the upper right-hand corner > click the icon to add a new account

 

  • On the next screen, select the option ‘Other’

 

  • Then use your phone to scan the QR code below

  • After you are done registering the account, you will find the new account as per the screenshot below

  • Click on the account to get the authentication code and sign in
