Reporting > Job KPI

WorkBook’s Job KPI can be used to monitor and identify a job’s potential overspend. It’s a great way to see at a glance how your job is performing so you can catch anything before it becomes an issue.

ON THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND:

HOW TO RUN THE JOB KPI

  • From the jobs list > choose the job you wish to view the KPI for

  • Go to the further options (3 line hamburger menu) > select view job KPI

  • The job KPI will appear at the bottom of the screen

  • You can expand the bottom panel

  • And filter your view to show values $ or hours and show a graph (cost progress chart)

Note: Checking include only future scheduled hours will also change the way the values/numbers display as it will only be looking at future hours scheduled, not hours scheduled in the past.
