In The Box Reporting

In the box reports in WorkBook have pre-configured details and layouts and are accessed via the reports icon.

What in-the-box reports you have access to will depend on:

  1. Your user access rights

  2. Your report profile

RUNNING REPORTS

In the box reports in WorkBook are accessed via the reports icon. Which reports you can see will depend on two things:

  1. Which area of WorkBook you are in

  2. Your report access

This section looks at running reports. For more information on report access head to:

As mentioned above depending on which area of WorkBook you are in, will depend on what reports you can see. For example, if you’re in the jobs module > jobs list you will see job related reports

 

However, if you’re in the CRM module > pipelines, you will see a series of different reports relating to pipeline reporting

 

To run reports:

  • Go to the area of WorkBook you wish to run the report on e.g price quotes

  • Go to the printer icon > select the report from the drop down

 

  • Complete any criteria required to run the report

 

  • Then you can either choose to:

    • Run the report as a PDF

    • Create an email draft with the report attached

    • Export the report data

 


EXPORT DATA

To export the data from the in the box reports:

  • Click the reports icon > select the report you wish to export

  • Click the display additional options icon

  • And select how you wish to export your data

 

  • The choices for download are:

    • PDF

    • RTF

    • XLSX

    • XLS

    • CSV
