CRM > Pipeline Log

For compliance purposes, the CRM pipeline log provides a record of all changes made to pipelines, including the item that was updated, the user who made the update, date and time, plus the old and new values.


PIPELINE LOG

  • Go to CRM > pipeline log to view a list of changes to made to pipelines

 

  • Open the filter, set the parameters and click apply to search for records based on a certain criteria, including resource, responsible, updated by, updated item and date range

 

  • Select a pipeline and open the show/hide pipeline resource log details to view the current pipeline status
