The resource search located in the CRM module allows you to create a search query based on the criteria you set. You can create, save and refresh multiple search queries and the results can be extracted and used to create a mailing list or to bulk create pipeline activities for instance.
RESOURCE SEARCH NAVIGATION
Go to CRM > resource search
NUMBER | FUNCTIONALITY |
1 | The resource search grid lists all of the search queries created in your system |
2 | Create a new resource search |
3 | Copy existing resource search |
4 | Delete resource search |
5 | Search for an existing resource search |
6 | Search setup is where you can see and update the details of the selected resource search |
7 | View and refresh search results for the selected resource search |
8 | Search activity setup allows you to bulk create pipeline activities against the records in the selected resource search |
