The revenue forecast is locked from the finance & administration module > GL > revenue forecast. The locking of a revenue forecast is usually managed by finance or operations, depending on your agency process.

LOCKING THE REVENUE FORECAST
To lock the NRF for further edits:
Click on the net revenue forecast options menu > selecting review actions
Then select approve all & lock entire NRF
In the pop up > click yes
The status colour has now changed to dark blue (finalized) to indicate that the net revenue forecast is completely locked for editing
Every line item contains a padlock icon, also indicating that no further changes can be made
