The scheduling > schedule overview > scrum board view provides resource managers, studio managers, team leads, scrum masters and the like, the ability to view and manage tasks and sprints.


NAVIGATION: SCRUM SPRINT OVERVIEW

Scrum Sprint Overview, provides an overview of all active sprints and active tasks within those sprints. Each active sprint is represented in a column.

 

NUMBER

FUNCTIONALITY

Scrum Board, displays details of the sprint selected in this view. Each column represents a task status e.g. planned and a backlog column containing tasks that have not been assigned a status.

You can use the search field to search for tasks by number, name, or associated client.

The scrum sprints setup allows you to setup your sprints.

The scrum sprint view filter, allows you to filter by:

  • Scrum responsible

  • Team responsible

  • Date range

Allows you to change the sprint you are viewing.

Open task card allows you to update task details.

The scrum board view options allows you to filter by employee, skills, team, department, company etc.

The scrum board tab, displays the details of the sprint that you have selected in the Scrum Sprint Overview tab.

Show’s the number of tasks in each progress status column.

Show’s the total number of tasks associated with the sprint.

Show’s total effort of tasks associated with the sprint.

Allows you to change the sprint you are viewing.

Add resources, allows to drag a resources onto the task card assigning them the task.

Open task card allows you to update task details.
