Scheduling > Scrum Board Set Up

Scheduling > schedule overview > scrum board provides resource managers, studio managers, and scrum masters, the ability to view and manage sprints.

Before using the scrum board feature, a WorkBook system administrator will need to do some setup.

SYSTEM CONTROLS SET UP

In order to use the scrum board, system variable 1123 needs to be switched on.

• Go to the settings module > global system settings > system variables

• In the find setting number field > type 1123

• When system variable 1123 appears on the right > check the check box so it is active

CUSTOMISED TASK PROGRESS SETUP

If you are a system administrator, you can set up task progress statuses to use on the scrum board.

• Go to the scheduling module > projects & jobs > task progress status

• Click the create a new status button

• And give the task status a name, assign a colour and visual icon
