Export, Import & Maintenance > Personal Expense Credit Card Import
The personal expense credit card import happens in the finance and administration module and is usually managed by designated role(s) or person(s) within each agency or office.
You will need to ensure you have done your credit card mapping prior to doing the credit card import.

IMPORTING THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT
Go to the finance & administration module > export, import & maintenance
Select personal expense credit card import > click the import data icon
In the pop-up select the following details:
specification: select the credit card
file type: comma delimited (CSV)
source: click choose file > and upload the CSV statement
Once uploaded click ok - import data
Check there are no errors - indicated by a red cross and an error message
A green tick against the line item indicates there are no errors on that line > click on the transfer data icon
Select the line items you wish to transfer
The icon changes once an item has been transferred
Once the credit card statement has been imported, the credit card expenses can now be reconciled. Go to: Expenses > Reconciling Credit Card Expenses for more information.
