Timesheets > Time Entry Via the Deltek WorkBook App

Employees can complete the following time-related actions in the Deltek WorkBook App:

  • Log into the app

  • Search for jobs/tasks to log time to

  • Add time

  • Submit time entries for approval

ON THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND:


LOG IN TO THE APP

  • Enter the URL for your WorkBook environment

  • Based upon your usual login method, either:

    • Enter your user name & password, or,

    • Click Sign in with identity provider

ADD JOBS TO YOUR TIMESHEET

  • From the menu go to time entry

  • Click on the ellipses

 

  • Select add time entry

  • Select search and search for your job

  • Select the job you wish to add

  • Use the prompt to add the job to your timesheet

 

 


ADD TIME TO JOBS

  • From time entry > select the job you want to add time to

 

  • Follow the prompts to add time > and click submit
