Deltek WorkBook App

The Deltek WorkBook mobile app allows you to collaborate on project tasks, update timesheets or keep track of those receipts for expense claims on-the-go.

 

ON THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND:


GET THE APP

 


LOG IN TO THE APP

  • Enter the URL for your WorkBook environment e.g. companyname.workbook.net

  • Based on your usual login method, either:

    • Enter your user name & password, or,

    • Click sign in with identity provider

 


CONVERSATIONS & NOTIFICATIONS

See communications from colleagues and collaborate on jobs.

  • Go to menu > inbox

 

  • You can filter your conversations & notifications by:

    • All - all conversations & notifications

    • Unread - conversations & notifications you have not read yet

    • Favourite - conversations & notifications you have favourited

 

 

  • You can start a new conversation by clicking the speech bubble icon

 

 


TASKS

Manage your to do list on-the-go.

  • Go to menu > tasks to see what you have been assigned

 

  • You can filter your tasks on today, due and all active

 


TIME ENTRY

If you’re out of the office on a shoot or simply on your way home, you can keep up to date with your timesheets via the app.

  • Go to menu > time entry to add time to tasks and jobs

 

  • This brings you to the time entry view

EXPENSES

If you have a lot of work expenses, keeping track of those receipts can be difficult. By using the WorkBook App you can photograph the receipt and save it straight into WorkBook.

  • Go to menu > expenses

 

  • You can filter your current expenses by status

    • 10 - under preparation

    • 20 - for approval

    • 40 - approved

    • All - all expenses regardless of status
