Timesheets > Time Entry via the Tasks Module

Time entry can be completed via the tasks module and this method works best for users who are assigned tasks e.g. creatives, developers etc. The benefits of entering time via the tasks module is that users can view:

  • All their assigned tasks in one view

  • Hours booked against each task

  • Time spent to date on each task

  • The deadline of each task

ENTER TIME AGAINST AN ASSIGNED TASK

  • Go to the tasks module > to-do > tasks

GRID VIEW

  • In the grid view tab > select the task you wish to add time to

  • Click the time entry icon

  • Complete the following:

    • Adjust the date of time entry

    • Manually add time or use the timer

    • Add a comment, if required

  • Click save

  • If you prefer to do complete your timesheets daily, simply enter time in the hours spent today column

  • Click the time entry icon

  • Complete the following:
