CRM > Prospect Card
From the prospect card in the CRM module you can add, update and maintain client and prospect information and contacts, create and review pipelines, create and view activities, as well as upload documents and start conversations with other employees.
SHOW/HIDE PROSPECT CARD
Go to CRM > clients & prospects list to see a list of clients and prospects based on your filter settings
Select a resource from the list and click show/hide prospect card icon to complete and maintain additional fields against the resource
From here you can access the tabs in the table below:

Add, update and maintain information about the company | |
Create new contacts, plus anonymise, merge and move contacts | |
See the pipeline log for all updates made to pipelines created against the prospect or client record | |
Create new and manage existing activities for the client or prospect | |
Conversation | Start a new conversation about the prospect or client and view past conversations with other employees |
Profile | Assign a profile type and subject to a client or prospect record |
View existing pipelines against the client or prospect, plus create and duplicate pipelines | |
Documents | Upload a document against the prospect record or create a new document from a template |
Emails | Imported emails that have been saved against the prospect can be viewed here |
Optional fields | Add and store comments |
External references | If external references have been setup, they can be referenced here |
