Accurate capacity planning (across live jobs and new opportunities) is reliant upon:
All jobs (any status) having a schedule with resources (group scheduling resources or actual people) and hours assigned to tasks, and accurate start and end dates
Schedules being maintained throughout a live project, including:
Start and end dates
Group scheduling resources or actual people assigned to tasks accordingly
Hours managed
Tasks marked as complete when done
