Tangram consultants work closely with your designated project team to plan and build your WorkBook system, according to your agency’s processes. During the initial build we will be responsible for the system setup, most of which takes place in the settings module.
Once you go live, it will be up to your system administrator/s to manage these areas if changes to the system setup are required. The articles in this section are designed to provide guidance on managing these potential changes.
