Client Settings > Create Job Permissions

Once you have created a client record in the system, it is important that you continue to the client card to complete the set-up with additional client settings.

The menu create job permissions allows multi company databases specific configuration options to allow/restrict job creation against the selected client.

CREATE JOB PERMISSIONS

• Go to the resources module > resource default grid

• Select the client > open the client card

Open

• Click on the client settings tab > then select the create job permissions menu item

• For each company you can select the following job creation permissions:

  • Blocked - no one can from the selected company can create jobs against this client

  • Admin - only system administrators from the selected company can create jobs against this client

  • Advanced user + Admin - advanced users and system administrators from the selected company can create jobs against this client
