Prospects are potential new business customers that you want to work with. You can create CRM pipelines and activities against both prospects and clients, but you cannot create a job against a prospect. The creation of prospects is usually less restrictive and open to users who have access to the CRM module.

ON THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND:


SHOW/HIDE HIDE PROSPECT CARD

  • Go to clients & prospects list to see the list of clients and prospects based on your filter settings

  • Select a resource from the list and click show/hide prospect card (blue star) icon to complete and maintain additional fields against the resource

  • From here you can access the tabs in the table below to add, update and maintain information and contacts, create and review pipelines, create and view activities, as well as upload documents and start conversations with another employees.

Upload a document against the pipeline record or create a new document from a template

Emails

Imported emails that have been saved against the pipeline can be viewed here
