In WorkBook new business activity can be tracked via the CRM module which allows you to create and manage pipelines, prospects and contacts, plus track the activities leading up to a sale.

NUMBER | FUNCTIONALITY |
1 | Use the filter to condense the client list, i.e. Only show resources with active pipelines or view according to person responsible. |
2 | The show/hide prospect card opens an additional window at the bottom of your screen showing client information and pipelines for the selected client. |
3 | Add and view contacts. |
4 | View pipelines against selected client. |
5 | Create a new, duplicate or remove a pipeline. |
6 | Open Pipeline card to see and edit details of pipeline. |
