Once you have created a client record in the system, you must continue to the client card to complete the set-up with additional client settings.

The 'New employee access to clients' menu automatically grants new employees access to the client based on the company they are assigned to. This feature establishes a default only and access settings can still be overridden at the employee level.

ON THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND:


NEW EMPLOYEE ACCESS TO CLIENTS

  • Go to the resources module > resource default grid

  • Select the client > open the client card

  • Click on the client settings (blue star) tab > then select the new employee access to clients menu item

  • Check the grant access to client data box for each company where the employees should have access to the client record by default
