Once you have created a client record in the system, it is important that you continue to the client card to complete the set-up with additional client settings.

The menu new job settings allows you to default key settings when creating new jobs for this client.

ON THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND:


NEW JOB SETTINGS

  • Go to the resources module > resource default grid

  • Select the client > open the client card

  • Click on the client settings (blue star) tab > then select the new job settings menu item

Client Defaults:

  • For single company/agency clients, use the first tab client defaults to select any relevant client default settings to be applied to jobs created for this client. For example, a default price list or language etc.

Company Defaults:

  • For global clients (for multi company databases) use the second tab, company defaults, to apply new job defaults to this client for each company/agency
