The scheduling > schedule overview > task matrix view provides resource managers, studio managers, team leads, department heads and the like, a comprehensive view of resources and the jobs and tasks they’re working on. Booked hours can be edited and moved in this view according to the start and end dates of the task.

Access to scheduling views will depend on your WorkBook license type and the access you have.

You can use the search grid field to search for resources and tasks

This menu allows you to:

  • Expand

  • Collapse

  • View favourite views

  • View global views

  • Modify grid

  • Export grid data

  • View grid shortcuts

  • Create a new task

  • Add an existing task

Colour legend (the i) – illustrates the colour coding in the view

Use the filter to adjust the data set you are viewing: - period by entering a start date > select to view data by Day/Week/Month
