In WorkBook a project is a layer between the client and the client’s jobs. Projects group a series of jobs together, for reporting purposes and can be created and managed via the resources module.
Projects are usually managed by designated role(s) or person(s) within your agency. However, depending on your agency’s processes, in some instances projects can be created simultaneously with job creation.
There are two types of projects in WorkBook:
Standard project
Retainer project
Each client must have at least one project associated with them, so at client creation WorkBook creates a project called Jobs [client name].
