WATCH OUTS WHEN YOU UPGRADE

Area of WorkBook:

Scheduling & Timelines

Details:

When a Group Scheduling Resource has no linked Employees, it does not allow booking the resource to show demand.

When a scheduling resource has no linked employees and company variable 49 is activated, the resource should reflect no capacity but allow overbooking to represent demand for the role.

However in R13, it shows the scheduling resource as having a fixed day off and does not allow the assigning of any hours to resource, despite having company variable 49 (allow overbooking) activated.

Impact:

Potential to not be picked up by those scheduling and does not actively reflect demand.

Area of WorkBook:

Job List Task Progress View (5)

Details:

Task Progress View is not displaying used hours

When in the Task Progress View and you select a column with a value, the sub-grid is not displaying the used hours when timesheets are registered to the task.

Impact:

At glance it looks like no time has been logged to the tasks
