Materials in WorkBook refer to items or assets that your company owns or has pre-purchased and you want to on-sell to clients across projects, e.g. warehouse storage space or stock image credits.

Material types and material lists (similar to price lists/rate cards) are setup by system administrators and can only then be selected and added to price quotes.

  • Click create material calculation button to add line items

  • Select the relevant materials list from the dropdown

  • Click ok

  • The page will refresh with a list of default materials and rates according to the selected list
