WorkBook integrates with Microsoft OneDrive for Business. This enables your organizations to use the Microsoft Office365 offerings together with WorkBook. When configured, WorkBook will be able to upload and download files directly from OneDrive for Business.

INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION
Before you begin
Before you begin, an Administrative user for the Office 365 Installation is required. This user needs Once you’re ready to start the configuration you need to make sure that you have access to an administrative user within WorkBook as well as on Office 365. The specific user must have full access to the SharePoint Site used to store the OneDrive for Business files.
In addition to that, you will need to know the URL for the SharePoint Site address.
Deltek needs to be notified that you wish to use this Storage Provider as we need to add the WorkBook URL in question in our setup.
Step 1 – Add the “Office 365 SharePoint” Storage Provider
Once you have added the storage provider to WorkBook, enter the required configuration values.
The required values are:

Settings > folders, reports & documents > storage, and folders setup
Select the 3rd item “storage provider”
Create a new storage provider

Select type “Office 365 SharePoint” from the dropdown menu (as shown in the image below)

At the bottom of the view fill out the following details:
ServiceEndpointUri ( This will be the full address to your SharePoint site suffixed with /_api/ )
ServiceResourceId ( This will be the domain of your SharePoint installation prefixed with https:// ()

Step 2 – Authenticate with Office 365
Select the Key icon in the toolbar located over My Settings.
This will open a popup window where you need to enter your Office 365 credentials.

Step 3 – Confirm that the integration is functioning
Confirm that Office 365 SharePoint Integration is functioning by running the storage provider test.
Mark the correct Storage Provider and click the ‘Test’ icon
Once the Endpoint and ResourceId is filled out within WorkBook you can go ahead and press the “authenticate” icon
A pop up will show ( make sure you have enabled pop up for this in your browser )
Enter your Microsoft details for your administrative account and press “Next”

Once authenticated you are good to go!
You can now enable Office 365 and perform a test to make sure the integration is working as intended.

TESTING
After completing the authentication and enabling Office 365 you’re able to test the solution to make sure the connection is established.

TROUBLESHOOTING
IT DOESN’T AUTHENTICATE |

If you can’t authenticate correctly you have to make sure that you informed the ByTangram team that you’re using Office 365 and want to integrate storage into it, If you do not you’re not going to be able to connect it. |

When you create a new storage provider the bottom grid might not update instantly. If you don’t see anything, please either refresh the page or navigate to a different storage provider and back again. This will refresh the grid and show the settings for it. |
