The tasks module is your one stop shop for reviewing your where you can review all the tasks, approvals and any items that require follow upfollow-up items that have been assigned to you. It's a great place to see all of your priorities in the one place. The tasks module is broken down into three sub menus:

  1. To-do

  2. Approval

  3. Follow-up

TO-DO

You can review tasks you In this section you can view the tasks and activities that have been assigned and log time to those tasks in the first three to-do sub menus:to you ‘to-do’.

  • Tasks

    • Review tasks that have been assigned to youView hours booked and , including the booked hours, hours spent, plus log time

    • See deadlines

    • Mark . You can also see deadlines, mark tasks as completeView , and access the task card, job brief and chat window.

  • Calendar view / Year calendar view

    • Choose to view all tasks in one daily, weekly or annual view

If you are part of an approval process e.g. you need to approve someone’s leave or expenses, all your workflow all the items that require approvals your approval can be found here. Approvals Approval items are broken down into sub menus. Some of the most popular approval processes include:

Like the approval menu, the follow up menu is broken down into sub menus which include items that need following up. These include things likeThe follow-up menu contains a list of items that may require follow-up. They may not all be relevant to you, but the list includes items such as:

  • Billable jobs with price quotes that haven’t been approved

  • Billable jobs that are ready for closing

  • Monthly WIP adjustments

  • Overdue tasks
