Time entry can be completed via the Tasks module and this method works best for users who are assigned tasks e.g. creatives, developers etc. The benefits of entering time via the tasks module is that users can:

  • Review a list of their tasks

  • See the hours they have been assigned for each task

  • See the deadline of each task

ON THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND:

  • Go to the tasks module > to-do > tasks

  • Select the task you wish to add time to

  • Click the time entry icon

  • Complete the following:
    A. Add the date of the time entry
    B. Manually add time or use the timer
    C. Add a comment, if required

  • Click save

  • If you’re someone that does their timesheets daily, you can add your time in the hours spent today column

MARK TASKS AS COMPLETE

  • Go to the tasks module > to-do > tasks

  • Check the done box
