Comments can be used to add terms and conditions, or specific notes like special payment terms to a price quote. Comments can either be added:
manually
from a template created in the settings module by a system admin

INSERT A NEW COMMENT
In the jobs list > select the job
Click on the price icon in the left hand navigation
Go to the comments tab
Click add new comment button or type directly into the subject field
Whatever is in the subject field will appear in bold on your Price Quote by default
Enter comments in the text field
Whatever is in the text field will appear in italics on your Price Quote by default
INSERT A COMMENT FROM A TEMPLATE
If you have standard or commonly used price quote terms (comments) across the agency, these can be saved as templates that users can select and add to individual price quotes.
Go to the comments tab
Click add template comment(s) button
Select your template from those saved in your system
Access to create and save template comments is restricted to system administrators.
SHOW COMMENT
To show the comment on your price quote
Tick the show box
Select the text alignment
If you wish to add in a page break
Make a selection in the page break field
Comments will appear at the end of your price quote, i.e.
