Time & Expense Module Overview R12

The time & expense module is where you go to submit time and expenses, and review personal information including a record of your absences and the status of personal expense claims.

The module contains two sub menus:

1. Time & Expense

2. Personal Information

TIME & EXPENSE

The time & expense menu includes:

1. Timesheet - add, review and submit time and absences

2. Expense - add and submit personal expense claims

3. Mileage - add and submit mileage claims

4. Materials - add materials usage to a job

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information menu includes:

• My settings - change your personal WorkBook settings including the date format, notification settings or upload a photo

• Absence overview - review the status of your absence requests and see a record of absences submitted via WorkBook

• Personal expense status - review the status of your WorkBook expense claims
