In WorkBook you may have multiple price quotes across a job or project that you want to present to the client as one total or combined quote, this is called a project price quote.

CREATE INDIVIDUAL PRICE QUOTES
Create your price quotes across jobs, following the usual process, including sending for approval if this is part of your agency’s process
Multiple jobs must be grouped together by the same project, in order to utilise the project price quote
PRINT A PROJECT PRICE QUOTE
To produce the PDF:
Go to one of your job price quotes, click the reports icon
Select project price quote (448)
Complete the filter criteria for creating your project price quote, for example include ‘internally approved’ price quotes only
Click on the view report as PDF icon
