The pipelines sub-menu displays all pipelines according to your filter settings. From here menu is where you can create a new pipeline and pipelines, review and manage the details of existing pipelines.

To access pipelines go to CRM > pipelines here, the main grid displays a list of existing pipelines and details according to your filter settings and your grid column and grouping selections.

Use the filter to condense the pipeline list, i.e. Filter by prospect; pipeline status; employee responsible; or a specific date range etc

The show/hide prospect card opens an additional window at the bottom of your screen showing prospect and contact information for the selected pipeline, from here you can create new contacts, update the active/inactive status of a contact, merge and move contacts. Additional tabs also allow you to access the pipeline log, activities and conversations.

Show/hide pipeline card opens an additional window to the right of your screen showing the pipeline details, as well as additional tabs to access related pipeline information including: resource activities, logs, dimensions, budget share, partner settings, covert pipeline to a job, mark pipeline as lost, emails, documents, and conversations.

CREATE A PIPELINE

      To create a pipeline, go to > Clients & Prospects list > select client from the list > click the Show/hide prospect card > Click the Create new pipeline  icon

      In the Create new pipeline pop-up:

·       Select or add new client contact name (optional)

·       Check Currency is NZD

·       Assign yourself or the person responsible

·       Give the pipeline a name

 

 

      Click on the Pipeline dimensions tab:

·       _CRM: Job Status: Select the relevant value

·       _CRM: Sales Decision: Select N/A

·       _CRM: Sales/Opportunity Type: Select N/A

·       _CRM: Source: Select N/A

·       Division: Select DARKHORSE – Auckland

      Click OK

 

 

 

      In the Pipeline details pop-up complete the following fields:

·       Active: Ensure this is checked

·       First transaction date: Date you expect the opportunity to commence

·       Months: Expected duration of the job start to finish

·       Net revenue: Value of work less costs

·       Gross revenue: You can add a value here for reference, however please note that only the Net revenue value will be used in forecasts

·       Status: Should be kept updated inline with the opportunity progressing

·       Stage: Note: This field is locked and will update automatically when the Status is changed

 

REVIEW/MANAGE A PIPELINE

  •       Go to Pipelines to see a list of current opportunities.

          Click on Show/hide pipeline card icon to review and edit Pipeline details, update fields as necessary.

CONVERT PIPELINE TO A JOB

  • Go to Pipelines > select pipeline > click on Show/hide pipeline card icon > go to Convert pipeline to job tab

 

  • Select Convert pipeline to job icon

  • Click Yes

  • Go to the Jobs List > select the job > open the Job properties sidebar > go to the Basic settings tab > check dates are correct and update the Job/Event Type to the relevant team

 

  • Go to the Dimensions tab > update First use city value to Auckland, New Zealand
