Tangram consultants work closely with your designated project team to plan and build your WorkBook system, according to your agency’s processes. During the initial build we will be responsible for the system setup, most of which takes place in the settings module.
Once The settings module is usually accessed and controlled by a system administrator, designated role(s) or person(s) within your agency. The menu items in settings contain the global and company configuration options, approvals and data sets that make up your system according to your processes and workflows.

During your WorkBook implementation a consultant will often manage your initial system set-up and configuration, however once you go live, it will be up to your system administrator/s to manage these areas if changes to the system setup are required.
