Implementing a new system and introducing new processes to your business is a significant change internally and a sizeable financial investment. Tangram consultants work closely with your designated project team to plan, build, train and implement WorkBook in key stages across the agency.

The settings module is usually accessed and controlled by a system administrator, designated role(s) or person(s) within your agency. The menu items in settings contain the global and company configuration options, approvals and data sets that make up your system according to your processes and workflows.

During your WorkBook implementation a consultant will often manage your initial system set-up and configuration, however once you go live, it will be up to your system administrator/s to manage these areas if changes are required.
