Time entry can be completed via the tasks module and this method works best for users who are assigned tasks e.g. creatives, developers etc. The benefits of entering time via the tasks module is that users can view:

  • Review a list of All their assigned tasks in one view

  • See the hours they have been assigned for Hours booked against each task

  • See how much time they have spent on the task to date

  • See the Time spent to date on each task

  • The deadline of each task

ENTER TIME AGAINST AN ASSIGNED TASK

  • Go to the tasks module > to-do > tasks

  • Select the task you wish to add time to

  • Click the time entry icon

  • Complete the following:

    • Add Adjust the date of the time entry

    • Manually add time or use the timer

    • Add a comment, if required

  • Click save

  • If you prefer to do complete your timesheets daily, simply enter time in the hours spent today column

MARK TASKS AS COMPLETE

  • Go to the tasks module > to-do > tasks

  • Select the task you wish to mark as done

  • Check the done box

    • This will remove the task from your task list
