The scheduling > schedule overview > weekly schedule viewallows resource managers, studio managers, team leads, department heads and the like, to review employee capacity by different groupings, i.e. team, department or role. Choose to view the data by percentage booked, hours booked, hours available or the expected revenue for time booked, and then drill down into the detail of what each employee is booked and working on in any given timeframe.

Access to scheduling views will depend on your WorkBook license type and the level of access you have.

You can use the search grid field to search for resources and tasks

  • Expand

  • Collapse

  • View favourite views

The colour legend (the i) references the colour coding in the view

Use the display options (the eye)to view data by:

  • Standard – hours booked

  • Available capacity – hours available depending on the employee’s capacity settings

  • Revenue – expected revenue for the time booked

  • Percentage – of booked hours based on employee’s capacity settings

View the weekly schedule by day, week or month

The show booking details button allows you to drill into an employee’s jobs and tasks depending which box you click

The filter allows you to select the period to view, from a given start date, for particular resource groups
