Go to the print and layout settings icon
Select the items you wish to display on your invoice

REVIEW AND PRINT INVOICE
To review the invoice client-facing output:
Go to the reports icon
Select invoice (351)
Click on view report as PDF icon. The resulting PDF will reflect the print and layout settings selected
Print and layout settings can only be edited when the invoice is in the approval status “under preparation”, so it is worth checking the settings prior to invoice approval
