INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION

Before you start the configuration, please note you will need system administrator rights in both WorkBook and Office 365 to complete the installation. The specific user must have full access to the SharePoint site that will host the files WorkBook automatically creates and manages.

TROUBLESHOOTING

IT DOESN’T AUTHENTICATE

Have you informed your implementation consultant that you are using Office 365 as your storage provider in WorkBook? If not, please inform them so that connection can be setup correctly.

MY TEST CONNECTION FAILS

The test may fail due to certain characters not allowed in SharePoint.

If your failed testing results are unrelated to the above, it might be due to incorrect setup, please revisit the options above. If you are still stuck, feel free to contact our support team directly. We will be happy to help you move forward.

NOTHING SHOWS UP IN THE BOTTOM GRID

When you create a new storage provider the bottom grid might not update instantly. If you don’t see anything, please either refresh the page or navigate to a different storage provider and back again. This will refresh the grid and show the settings for it.
