Templates in WorkBook are a great way of maintaining consistency across similar or regular occurring projects and save time by providing you with a starting point to build on. For example, if you deliver regular types of work for clients, e.g. website builds, you can create a price quote from a template to use over and over again. Price quote templates are used to import a set of phases, activities, hours and/or purchases.

CREATE PRICE QUOTE FROM TEMPLATE
In the jobs list > select the job
Click on the price icon

The template will then be copied into price quote
The template will be copied into the current job, depending on the copy options and configurations you have selected
Go to the Lines tab to review the quote
From here you can edit, add or delete line items as necessary
